Mediate Today has just completed a really exciting 5 day Mediator Accreditation Training program (2
to 6 March 2015) in Broken Hill, the Silver City! We also delivered a 1 day Advanced Mediation Skills Training which focused on the use of Appreciative Inquiry techniques for mediators.
The Advanced program was delivered to a fabulous group of mediators who we had the pleasure to training for accreditation towards the end of 2013. This program looks at how mediators can change the ‘atmosphere’ in a mediation by asking appreciative questions to help the parties focus on the positive rather than concentrating on what has gone wrong!
Both programs were designed for managers working for a major health care provider in Broken Hill and the feedback from those who attended these programs has been great!!
